"I grew up in the city and my inner city-boy is alive and well, but the rainforest plants, the animals, and the land and seascapes that surround my home here on Haida Gwai'i give a real and palpable meaning to the phrase "God's Country", and capturing moments of their beauty in all its variety has become a labour of love over my nearly 15 years here."
